Peaceful Picnic Day

My sandals go crunch

On the fresh green glimmering grass

The sun hits my face it's like a flashing light 

I walk to find a place to sit with my family 

We found a place to sit its near the big huge tree

We put the blanket down

Ducks in the river swimming with glee

Tweet! Tweet! Birds playing with joy

Bikers passing by as fast as a flash

I watch the flowers as they flow in the air 

Time has passed 

My tummy's roaring like a tiger

I'm hungry I open the picnic basket

And pull out a crunchy sandwich

Munch crunch yummy so nice

It's time to go I had lots of fun I loved the experience 

We pack our stuff in the car then we leave!

As we're leaving I look out the window birds flying 

And the sun setting it's beautiful purple pink and blue 

It covers the whole sky. I'm definitely coming next time!
