Every day I walk through my door

Her earthly breath, I hear her roar

The blue seas turned a mucky brown

And the cloudy sky began to frown

I sense joy, no more in her breeze

As the plants I watch begin to freeze

They turn pale with a ghastly glow

How this happened, I wonder so

Factories and buildings fill the horizon

Pumping their gas and poisonous prizes

All to produce the comfort we know

Unknowingly losing the beauty we've shown

We've killed the fish, the plants, the mules

Another cow, for meat, for you

We've lost our family in our greed

All so that yours can feed

Let's make a stand so the sun can glow

Our animals can feed and plants can grow

Our future is as bright as our sky

Let's get rid of the gas that clouds our light
