There's a magical place I love camping at

It's a fast-flowing river where fish swim,

Where animals are in their natural habitat.

The water is as blue as the sky

The fish are as healthy as can be

Lures danced in the river

As far as the eye can see.

The river gurgles over the rock floor

The shady river banks are like a

Mansion for the cod

The fish in this river are as big

 As a boar

The fish pulls, drags on my cod rod.

The water is as cold as ice

The cows come down for a drink

And the fish are biting like mice.

 The Murray cod munched merrily

 On the Murray crawfish.

Birds sit on the fall-down trees, looking in the reeds for fish

While fishermen cast lures at them, waiting for a feed.
