Rain's Secret

Splish, splash

The lightning flashed 

Thunder rumbles 

Are we in trouble?

The insects hide 

We go inside 

I make a hot chocolate 

The rain falls like droplets 

The rain hits my window 

I need info

How much longer ‘till this finish

Is this a punish?

The clouds move along 

The wind isn’t so strong 

The birds fly out 

I cheer and shout 

The sun comes out, and floats alone
