Reflections

The soft, subtle sparkle flow
As the silver glistens on the end tips
The blue waves glow
And she glides with the ships
A little bottle trying to keep afloat
It’s made of glass and is crystal clear
But slowly sinks to wrecks of a boat
Now it sits on sand with bottles of beer
Swimming in currents with its bale
It’s webbed feet patter with the pattern on its shell
There is an echoing sound of a whale
As the bright blue waves dazzle, they begin to swell
It’s as slim and as white as a dove
It’s bold and bright
While it is used on a day of love
And shines in the light
