Shadows Unspoken

Shadows laying silently waiting,
For what will be, for what we do.
Leaves reaching, grabbing in despair,
Water rarely seen or tasted by the living.
No, it's not too late!
Breathing heavy, lungs are full,
Feeling the threat for future Earth.
Young are fearless, sponges of learning.
Teach now, for all living things are calling.
Our lives are in your hands,
But our mouths need to educate from our failures.
Words are not worth until spoken is done.
Shadows awake with life for all.
Work together, our time has come.
Leaves alive, oxygen in abundance, living things thrive.
Future is now.
