Slowly Dying Nature

Chop! Thump! Crash!

The destruction of trees one by one

Birds having to find new homes

Magpie all alone 

Dancing trees now no more

Toxic chemicals creeping into soil

Infecting the souls of innocent plants

Leaving them with nothing 

The cries of land 

Destroying habitat's

Animals giving blood-curdling screams of terror

that gives chills and goosebumps

Colours used to be, now all gray and ash 

Smoke filled then took over, dust is all that was left

These monsters are taking things that can't be rebuilt 

Towns of happy people while lifeforms are dying in despair

Land now terrified of these greedy but cruel beasts

Is there hope?

Everything seems like the world's ending

When this ends the suffering ends...
