Awed by the beauty from every single day;
The beauty Mother Earth presents to us
and we accept, humbled in every way
by mighty majesty we scarce discuss.
Wide-eyed we tread upon this Earth of light
and life. Vows to protect its soils divine
we Pledge. And from its breast we rise with might
Its virtues and grace promise to combine.

Alas, see these become but empty words.
Our world is gone, filled now with only pain
and sorrow. See anguish take flight like birds.
Foreign planet forced on the youth in shame.
Wasted time on piteous dreams and such,
Why who knew that living could hurt so much?
