Special Trophy

It was special from the start
in the night sky.
Tall, Terrific, Trophy
It was 2011.
I see it as a still statue
I hear it go woosh woosh!
Never stop growing old,
timeless as the breeze.
It reminds me of soccer,
my trophy is gold;
It’s pretty old
and it’s precious to me.
I earned it for my tremendous skills
when I played at Cooks River Park.
