Summer's Day

Summer creeps along the cold ashed roads,

Demolishing bits of wintertime,

Summer returns warmth to cold houses,

Turn on the aircon, turn off the heaters,

Summer attempts to bring kids back to play,

This time, no one comes to play outside, 

Kids play on phones, iPads and lots more,

A second demon captures the kids,

This time it's called technology,

It stops kids from enjoying real fun.
