Underneath the trees and the flora,

beautiful animals sprout in the wild,

the roots pop in and out, every sip of coffee, every second blink,

everything I see is nothing but a dead fauna.

Reach forward to see a Tapanuli orangutan swinging vine to vine,

when sunset happens, I reach in my pocket and reach out for the moon,

I take away the morning sun and watch it go down.

But when I come to see my orangutan I burst into tears.

A butterfly passes by and whispers something in my ear,

"Underneath the trees and flora, beautiful Tapanuli orangutans are in danger."
