The Tasmanian Tiger

When he eats his prey

He’ll bite as hard as a tiger

Sun shines on his back

Through the trees

He chases animals with ease.

When he roams the forest

Scratching the dark brown trees

He runs with fun

Like a gentle breeze

But when he's on top of a ledge

All the animals are on edge.

When you stare

He’s as scary as a bear

He’ll be as stiff as a stick

But that’s just a trick

Then he’ll open his jaw

as wide as a lion

And he’ll swipe at you with his sharpened claw
