Tasmanian Tiger Terrified

I feel peaceful in the untouched wilderness,
I lie with my paws out-stretched,
I heard a hunter cry ,"Everyone look, our hunt,"
I have been running for days from the offbeat humans,
I only get a small amount of rest because the keep me on alert,
Soon they will find me in my sleep and slay me.
