Teddy

There he lay, on my very first day
He was there from the start
With the most loving heart

Cute and cuddly with eyes shining bright
He always watches me, throughout the night

South Africa, New Zealand now Australia
We’ve been to all these countries
And together we’ve seen

Every single night teddy waits for me
To come home and cuddle him tight

Although I’m getting taller
While teddy is tatty and smaller
Teddy is still fine and will always
Be mine
