The Adventures in the Rainforest

After the rain in the rainforest.

Water droplets slide down necks of animals or down stems of plants.

Animals big and small hide between trees and leaves.

Bugs crawl out of their rich soil home.

Plants stretch their necks to reach the warm sun.

We breathe the gentle breeze that smells like blooming flowers carried with the fresh breeze.

Birds chirping the song of joy.

Tweet twoo repeated the birds drinking necter from the blooming, sweet smelling flowers that reach so tall to the sun.

Lying there in the soft grass that sways in the gentle breeze.

Blowing dandelions and looking at the seeds that were blown away in the breeze.

Closing my eyes I fell asleep dreaming about the wonderful adventures I had in the rainforest.
