The ocean cries echo mournfully

As large whales stride across the depths.

Swim to the surface and you shall see

Towering waves like amethyst clusters

And children playing in the shallows.

The ocean has a world of its own

With its own bizarre and peculiar life.

From tiny fish to the huge, bellowing cetaceans,

The ocean is a spectacular place to be.

Yachts and boats traverse across the ocean.

Fish splash around in this paradise.

We paddle board, swim, sail and surf on it.

We rely on it for food.

How long will it be before the ocean disappears?
