The Beach

The wind whistles like a soft melody in my ears, 

the shining sun's shining glow coats me in a blanket of warmth,

burning through my skin.

The ocean calls me with its dancing waves.

Smiling as I run into the sparkling, shimmering, shining ocean, 

the water laps quickly around my feet.

Walking across the smooth and sharp rocks glazed in soft moss,

jumping off, falling into the relaxing ocean water.

Eyes opening spying the colourful coral, the small school of fish in all colours,

then out of nowhere a sea turtle pops out I stare at it all for a moment in fastidious detail. It is beautiful.

Swimming up to the surface for a breath.

Smelling the fresh, salty air.

Looking around and I see a magnificent sight, dolphins, four of them swimming in water way further out, I gasp at the amazing sight.

I dive back under to get one more glimpse at the glorious sight under the water as the sun sets dipping below view.

I swim back up and take one last glance at the astonishing sight and run into the distance.
