The Cross

I carry a cross around my neck,
With 59 beads and a cross,
No fear just love and faith,
Just brown wood given to me from my mum,
I still carry a cross around my neck,
For 3 amazing years,
It was given to me on my Holy Communion,
A reminder of my God,
It's not that heavy and long,
It’s only 40g,
And only 96cm long,
So I still carry a cross around my neck,
Still happy and still alive.
