The Curry Tree

We’ve all felt vulnerable

Like a tree 

Being ignored, underappreciated 

Kicked, punched, hurt 

But we don’t understand the real difficulties 

Trees must go through 

Every second of every minute of every day 

By “innocents” like us!   

Bullied by the wind, attacked, chopped down 

Sacrificed to make buildings 

Ignored, given little credit...  

We must rethink what we are doing!
