Green luscious Eucalyptus leaves swaying in the wind. 

Noise of machines in the distance taking away our home.

The Eucalyptus tree's heartbeat thumps loud and clear.

The tree feels the noise, danger is near.

The true and honest tree sits glumly in the ground,

with its roots circling all around.

How much longer will my dear tree stand?

Brown strong bark falling off the tree.

The noise of humans carelessly ripping our home apart.

The leaves dance gracefully in the wind.

The wind whistles through the trees.

The beautiful birds sing through the trees, this is their home as well as ours.
