The Key to Me

The precious metal may be thin 
However, its value to me is more than just money 
As it fits perfectly on me, just as if it were a key 
I long to feel the relief wash over me as it touches my skin 
Because it reminds me of how I am blessed  
Which is why I wear the memory of my family everyday on my chest
