Green, lush leaves,

Dancing in the breeze,

Smoke wafted through the air.

Ash covered my silver fur.

A flame erupted in the distance,

Slowly creeping towards my tree

I jumped out of my tree.

Landing on the soft grass,

Which was soon going to crumble to ashes.

A red, F L A S H I N G light,

A long hose,

A squirt of water.

The fire died down.

I looked up

At the sky, painted in all the colours of the rainbow.

Wishing I could see it from my tree.

My home was gone.

Forever.
