Sitting on the still branch, I see the sun setting slowly.

Tall trees with long leaves moving slightly side to side.

Baby birds chirping loudly waiting patiently to be fed.

Crystal clear water like shining diamonds moving to hide.

I look, I wonder and I see another peaceful tree nearby me.

If I fly, will I get there, will I make it or will my mother catch me.

With bravery like my brother, I courageously flap my wings.

In trust, they take me higher in the sky like a floating butterfly.

Sitting on another branch, the striking sun has gone to bed.

Tall trees with long leaves still moving side to side.

Baby birds chirping not as loudly as they’ve been fed.

Crystal clear water no longer hiding until the next ride.
