The locket

From her to me
When she passed I couldn't bare to see
She was gentle smooth but bumpy
Just like the locket she gave me
She was special to many
Especially family
She sat me upon a tree
Then whispers to me
Take the locket please
I have the locket now she's gone
A few minutes later I'm in the hospital room
Clutching the locket I know she's doomed
Digging a grave minute after minute
I just can't keep going on with it
Without the locket in my hand
I just can't stand
Without her locket in my hand
