The Lookout

As I open my eyes I take in the many beauties of nature.

I see the butterflies basking in the sun with their colourful wings spread across the garden vegetation.

I hear the cockatoos squawking and the magpies carolling.

The wind blowing in the trees enjoying the breeze.

The clouds rolling through the blue skies water sounds from the gorge.

BUT WAIT…

I feel a kiss on my cheek - a morning greeting from mum or dad… it was all a dream… a perfect dream of nature.
