The silent breaths of the forest

I took a breath, bright leaves bringing moisture to the surface.
The trees were sweaty and wet, working to bring oxygen into the air.
I evaporated from the ground. I waited.
Then i felt this soggy thing on me as i turned around frantically, a tiger?
The tiger's slobber was on me.
Luckily there was rain washing down on me, so i could be fresh and clean.
