Always with me wherever I go, tends to follow behind in tow. From whenever I could remember it has whispered secrets and stories from around my neck that he has kept in his thick, warm and comforting fur.

Soft as a merino sheep but is brave as a howling wolf. Cheeky as his cousin the Capuchin and as truthful as his brother the baboon.

How many secrets it has kept no one will ever know except me. As I grow older it grows younger but I see his fur fading away as the days pass by. Our friendship will last forever as long as we are together in one way or another.

One day he will pass on to another child and start the story telling sequence again. I hope his rustic manner does not fail him or his humorous laugh. The other kids should have just the same blast.
