THE STORY-TELLER

I've been asked many times
Where do I get my inspiration
Do I find it easy to write
How difficult is it to rhyme
 

I have been called a poet 
I view this as a compliment 
But I don't write poetry per se
My writing tells a story
I just tell it in a different way 

I will happily accept the label of poet
Because poets have the talent of rhyme
But I'd rather be known as a story-teller
Who loves it so much
Her stories come out sublime
