The Wilderness

Like a river flows
The tree paves a way as it grows
Spreading life through its seeds
Flowing in the breeze
The leaves and branches fall
And give nutrients to all
Sacrifices for the cycle
For the forests survival
Water penetrating the forest for life
To save from strife
Anchored to the ground by roots
To then sprout fruits
The animals beckon
For the chance of second
From generation to generation
For their population
A chance for all life
Instead of the strife
But life will thrive
Not heading towards the dive
