The Winter Forest

As I walk through the the forest,
Surrounded by crickets chirping,
Accompanied by frogs croaking.
Water rushes over rocks,
Fresh grass sways in the wind.
Flowers dancing all around,
As bright blue birds sing.
The crunchy undergrowth,
And the large, arching trees.
Soft white, powdery snow,
And lots of green leaves.
The frosty, misty air,
And the cool, satisfying breeze,
It plays through my hair,
With such ease.
The sun starts to set,
And I begin to shiver.
I glance at the forest,
As calm as a river.
