We are Ruining our Land

We have to take care

Our environment is dying and you need to beware

We are ruining our land

The land that has been grown, for many years before our own

Some people are helping, others are too

One little action is all you can do

We are cutting down their homes but you don’t realize

Their homes matter as much as their lives

Be the difference you need to show 

If they are cutting down trees, just say no

We don’t need more buildings 

We have enough 

Let them live 

They don’t have much

Some are endangered 

Mainly because of us

We can fix this, one by one

And work our hardest, until we are done

We can’t recover everything, but we can try

To bring back the animals and the trees and the life.
