Where I belong: The Search

I came from the high mountains
I came from beneath the valleys
I came down to seek my peace
But where is it?
Where do I belong?
Drip, Drop
I trickled down the trench
running down the hill
A path is already paved for me
I keep moving
I don't stop
I can’t stop
To find the place I belong
Occasionally
I pass a human
Or a bear tramples on me to catch fish
Maybe even some animals come to drink off me
I swoop around rocks and fish
Around the curves of nature
Around the bad side of my brain
Thinking
Hoping
That I have found my home
Where do I belong?
Right here!
I found it!
My paradise
My peace
My freedom
The place where I stay still
I spread out into the ocean
Blending into the dark contrast
Joining the fish
In this place
My home
