Tall trees swing,

Their leaves dance gently in the wind.

Sunlight flows through the trees

Birds sing with the wind,

Their voices travel thousands of miles.

Through the tree branches

A graceful deer passes me, begin her day,

With coat of brown with spots of white

Butterflies flutter with wings so grand,

Gracefully they dance on flowers and on air,

Bringing beauty everywhere.

The bears come through the trees,
With a gentle swipe, they might find bees,
Their big paws leave tracks in the mud,
As they roam around the forest’s wood.

In this forest, great and small,

Each one plays a special part,
In the forest’s lively heart
